How It Works

Finishing services, also called surface finishing, refer to the set of operations executed on the surface area of a manufactured prototype or part to convey desired cosmetic, protective and functional properties to the part. Cosmetic properties largely refer to the color and aesthetic look and feel of the part, while protective finishes are used to protect the surface of the part against heat, rust, corrosion and more. Finally, functional properties like enhanced grip, waterproofing, solderability, hardness, conductivity, abrasion-resistance and more.
