- A1: Basically, we respond within 24H when receive the RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible
Q2: What type of files could be used when quoting?
- A2: We can accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP ,Solid work or IGES format. 2D drawings. And please note 2D drawing only could be quoted in a rough price.
Q3: How many kinds of surface finishes does First Part provide?
- A3: First mold China Limited offers a lot of finishing services to achieve client’s requirement. Such as anodizing, painting, powder coating, plated and so on.
Q4: Are lead times in working days or calendar days?
- A4: Lead times in working days, and basically we work 6 days in a week. If you project is urgently, we can arrange to work overtime on Sunday if needed.
Q5: Can First mold China Limited achieve the critical tolerances?
- A5: Yes, we can. But basically the tolerance depends on a number of factors, such as part’s size, design geometry, surface finish. It would be better if you can specify which areas in your design have critical tolerances , so we can discuss which based on our technology.
Q6: What are First Part China Limited shipping terms?
- A6: Our standard terms are Ex Works. But as for express shipments(UPS ,DHL,FedEx), we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), that mean the client is responsible for paying import duty when the goods arrived.
